Walking around the office in my Star Wars AT-ST Halloween Costume. It took about a month's worth of spare time and $150-200 to build, not including the Poweriser stilts I already owned (and have incorporated into every costume for the past 4 years). It's a workout to get around in, but completely worth it. On Halloween night, I had a speaker playing laser blast sound effects, and the Imperial March. I also had a stuffed animal Chewbacca who would occasionally pop out of the top hatch....
